How do I know my transaction is secure?
At JvlModern.com, you can be assured that your personal and account information is secure. We will not sell or provide your information to any third party unless it is required to do so by law.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Once we receive your online order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation so you know that your order has been received.
Who pays the shipping fees?
Shipping is free for all order within United States.
How quickly will my order be processed and ship?
All orders placed during our normal business hours are normally processed within 2 business days for existing customers.
Orders placed before 2pm EST will usually be shipped the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
Will you ship International?
Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping. We only ship within United States.
Return Policy
We reserve the right to limit quantities, do not offer refunds, and consider all sales final. We will gladly exchange any unopened item in the original condition.
When shopping online at JvlModern.com, all sales are final. However, if your order is incomplete, or your items arrived damaged, we will correct the problem. Simply contact our Customer Service via "Contact Us" so we can determine the best way to resolve the matter.
